6. Performance
As this piece is composed for a ballet, make sure to advise your pupil to watch the “Garland Waltz
Scene” of any professional ballet company online. Watch how the movements of the performers
are connected to the music. Our performance will become more alive when we not only project a
beautiful sound but also when our movements while performing are closely connected to what we
play. Allow your upper body to accompany the waltz time signature!
