Because I have a toy octopus at home He is all alone and then the water speeds up and then he is playing with his friends, and then he is happy. I am learning the recorders at school and I know BAG, I made the notes go faster to sound like water but i am not very good at the recorder When Oscar is sad the music is quiet and then when he is with his friends and he is happy the music is loud. I like my piece because it’s about an octopus. |
Task 2: Inspire
For this task, Daisy has chosen Musical Sentences and Long, Medium and Short notes from the Creative Toolkit to include in their piece.

I wrote a story at school about when I went to the beach with my friends. I thought I could make a wave sound on my recorder. So it starts with the waves, and then me talking with my friends and making a sandcastle. We were happy because the sandcastle worked! Then the waves again at the end. I tried really hard to make the waves sound like waves, but I dont think the sandcastle sounds like a sandcastle. I couldn’t figure out how to make a noise like a sandcastle, but I like the Ta-Da! |
