Full moon Full moon I hope to see you soon Full moon	Choose your stimulus: I chose the picture of the full moon. I wanted to communicate the beauty and life to the moon as represented in the picture. Explore the idea: I want to talk about the moon in the song almost as you would talk to someone you love. I want to use the stimulus to influence the lyrics. The two elements I would like to use are a repeated lyrical phrase and a melisma in the chorus. Turn the idea into music: I used repetition in the lyrics. I will bring in elements gradually. Appraise your music: I thought that stimulus translated well into the lyrics. In the draft I only had the chord sequence but then adding in the lyrics and the drums really brought my idea to life.

The weather that we are starting to have inspired me as I want to be summer, and I thought it would be nice to convey this through a song. Explore your idea: I want to create an image of a nice sunny day and the sky is blue and there is a cooling breeze to create a calm atmosphere. Turn the idea into music: I would like to include elements such as 7th chords. I would like it to start and end with the electric piano. Appraise your music: I think the piano part worked well but I think I could have chosen a better drum fill and ended it better.
